摘要
为研究齿轮箱圆锥滚子轴承在不同实际运行工况下的温度分布,对圆锥滚子轴承进行热分析并建立其有限元模型;采用ADAMS对圆锥滚子进行动力学分析,得到滚子在不同转速下的接触正压力和摩擦力,将结果导入ANSYS进行静力学分析后得到滚子的平均接触应力,在此基础上求得摩擦热流量,进而获得轴承的稳态温度场,并通过试验验证了模型的正确性。结果表明,随着转速的增加,轴承温度不断升高;轴承滚动体与内圈接触时的温度高于与外圈接触时的温度,最大值出现在滚子与轴承内圈的接触处。
In order to study the temperature distribution of tapered roller bearing of gearbox under different operating conditions,the thermal analysis of tapered roller bearing was carried out and its finite element model was established.Through the dynamic analysis of ADAMS,the positive contact pressure and friction force of the roller under different speed were obtained.The results were imported into ANSYS as the radial force and tangential force for the static analysis,the average contact stress of the roller was obtained.The friction heat flow was calculated and the steady temperature field of the bearing was obtained,the correctness of the model was verified by experiments.The results show that with the increase of the rotating speed,the temperature of the bearing is increased continuously.The temperature is higher when the roller contacts with the inner ring than when the roller contacts with the outer ring,and the maximum value appears at the contact position between the roller and the inner ring of the bearing.
