摘要
教师具身模仿学习强调教师身体作为教学认知和体验的载体,从整体上即时发现教学范型,感知教学相似性并生产教学相似性,它是教师成长的日常途径和方法。教师具身模仿学习具有发生的自主性、内容的开放性、形式的体验性、过程的缄默性以及品质的教育性等特点。具身模仿学习现象的发生意味着教师具有自我生长的可能性和现实性。教师教育欲走出"身心二元"的泥淖,应该重视发掘教师具身模仿学习的智慧,探索超越的教师教育。超越的教师教育理念强调基于教师日常教学生活和现实教学空间,注重教师身体经验、实践智慧、内在体悟,以及对教学范型的职业敏感,以实现教师的全面发展和持续成长。超越的教师教育注重多元化教师教育或教师发展环境,强调保障教师日常教学实践的发展属性。
The teacher's embodied mimetic learning is the daily and usual way for teacher's growth which emphasizes teacher's body as carriers of teaching knowing and experiences cognizing and reproducing similarities by capturing hints of outer teaching worlds integrally and immediately when confronting kinds of teaching exemplarity.The teacher's embodied mimetic learning is kind of learning of automatic happened,open contents,form of experiencing,tacit processes and quality of pedagogy,which means teachers actually grow automatically and naturally.Teacher education which is going to overcome its body-mind dualism should utilize teachers'learning and encourage exploring beyond teacher-fostering modes.The beyond teacher education stresses the body experiences,practical wisdom,inner feeling and vocational sensibility of teaching exemplarity of teacher's in the daily teaching life and the real teaching field,to promote teachers'whole and continuous development.The beyond teacher education emphasizes cultivating diverse environments of teacher's development and ensures the daily and usual teaching and education practices of teachers.
