哌拉西林和头孢他啶对小儿肺炎的治疗疗效对比及对退热时间影响分析

Comparison of the therapeutic effects of piperacillin and ceftazidime on children with pneumonia and analysis of their influence on the antipyretic time

目的探讨哌拉西林和头孢他啶对小儿肺炎的治疗疗效对比及对退热时间影响。方法选取2019年3月至2020年2月小儿肺炎80例为研究对象,分为对照组40例与研究组40例,均实施抗生素治疗,对照组给予头孢他啶治疗,研究组给予哌拉西林治疗,对比两组的治疗效果、症状消失时间、不良反应、生活质量,并进行统计学分析。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、X线阴影消失时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于治疗后生活质量评分,研究组明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺炎实施哌拉西林治疗可有效改善临床症状,缩短治疗时间,提高治疗有效率,不良反应少,安全性高,有效改善患儿生活质量,治疗效果显著,可广泛应用于临床。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of piperacillin and ceftazidime on children with pneumonia and the influence on the antipyretic time.Methods A total of 80 cases of pediatric pneumonia from March 2019 to February 2020 were taken as the research objects.They were divided into the reference group(n=40)and the study group(n=40).They were all treated with antibiotics.The reference group was given ceftazidime.The study group was given piperacillin.The treatment effect,symptom disappearance time,adverse reactions,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.And the statistical analysis was performed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,fever,lung wet rales,and X-ray shadow of the study group was lower than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than the reference group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score after treatment in the study group was significantly better than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Piperacillin treatment for pediatric pneumonia can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,shorten the treatment time,increase the effective rate of treatment,with less adverse reactions and high safety.It can effectively improve the quality of life of children,and has significant treatment effect,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
