苗药赤胫散乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分分离及鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 目的分离苗药赤胫散乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分并鉴定。方法选取产自贵州省贵阳市开阳县城关镇的赤胫散干燥根,采用硅胶柱层析、制备薄层色谱法、重结晶及Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析等方法,对苗药赤胫散乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据波谱、质谱、理化特性及文献对照等方法鉴定其结构。结果分离得到9个化合物,鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、3,3′,4′-三甲基鞣花酸(2)、邻苯二甲酸正丁酯异丁酯(3)、香草酸(4)、丁香酸(5)、对羟基苯甲酸(6)、原儿茶酸(7)、没食子酸(8)及没食子酸乙酯(9)。结论化合物3、4、5、6及7是首次从赤胫散中分离得到,进一步完善了苗药赤胫散化学成分的研究。 Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extract of miao medicine P.runcinatum.Methods The dried roots of P.runcinatum were produced and selected in Chengguan town,Kaiyang county,Guiyang city,Guizhou province.Chemical constituents were isolated and purified from ethyl acetate extract using silica gel column chromatography,preparative thin-layer chromatography,recrystallization and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography.Based on the spectrum,mass spectrum,physical and chemical properties of purified chemical constituents and literature comparison,their structures were identified.Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified asβ-sitosterol(1),3,3′,4′-Tri-O-methylellagic acid(2),butyl isobutyl phthalate(3),vanilla acid(4),syringate(5),4-hydroxybenzoic acid(6),protocatechuic acid(7),gallic acid(8),ethyl gallate(9).Conclusion Compounds 3,4,5,6,and 7 were isolated from P.runcinatum for the first time.The findings in this study provides an insight into understanding the chemical components of miao medicine P.runcinatum.
