摘要
为了给现有的波浪推进无人艇研制辅助动力装置,对有桨轴型集成电机推进器进行了相关的设计,包括电机设计、水动力性能和桨叶结构强度计算。首先进行电机的设计和螺旋桨的选型,并通过流固耦合方法对集成电机推进器周围的流场和桨叶应力场进行了计算。然后使用Star ccm+重叠网格法计算了水翼抬离水面工况无人艇模型的静水阻力,并与拖曳试验结果进行比较,验证了CFD计算方法的可行性。最后使用体积力法替代螺旋桨的作用,对安装了首固定水平翼和一个集成电机推进器的波浪推进无人艇在静水和迎浪规则波中航行时的航速进行了预报。
In order to develop an auxiliary power device suitable for an existing wave propulsion unmanned boat,the design of a propeller shaft type integrated motor propeller was carried out,including the motor de⁃sign,analysis of hydrodynamic performance and blade structure strength calculation.Firstly,the motor de⁃sign and propeller selection were carried out,and then the flow field around the integrated motor propeller and blade stress were calculated by using fluid-structure interaction method.Secondly,the model unmanned boat advancing in calm water was simulated for the case of the hydrofoils lifted off the water surface by using overlapped grid method in software Star ccm+,and the feasibility of CFD method was verified by comparison with the experimental resistance obtained by towing tests.Finally,the body-force method was used to replace the propeller force,the speed of the wave propelled boat with bow fixed horizontal hydrofoils and an integrat⁃ed motor propeller advancing in calm water and in regular head waves were predicted respectively.
