摘要
针对一相法印花工艺中活性染料容易发生水解导致固色率低的问题,采用预施碱方法,并以合成糊料作为增稠剂,对纯棉织物进行活性染料印花加工,研究了合成增稠剂、碱剂、尿素等对印花固色率的影响,同时对各类染料品种的适用性和专用助剂的效果进行了评价,优化了印花工艺。结果表明,预施碱印花工艺适合P、KE和FL等不同反应活性的活性染料,纯碱用量因反应活性不同而异,最佳的尿素质量分数为4%,通过加入增效剂Q能适当改善合成增稠剂的耐盐性,并提升固色率。
In order to solve the key problem that reactive dyes are easy to hydrolyze in one-phase printing pro⁃cess,alkaline-pretreated method and synthetic paste as thickener are used in reactive dye printing process of cotton fabric.The effects of the concentrations of synthetic paste,alkali agent and urea on the printing fixation are studied.At the same time,the applicability of various types of dyes and the effect of a special additive are evaluated,and the printing process is optimized.The results show that the alkaline-pretreated printing process is suitable for reactive dyes of P,KE and FL types.The amount of soda varies with the reaction activity of reac⁃tive dyes,and the amount of urea at 4%can achieve better printing result.The addition of special agent Q can appropriately improve the salt-resistance of the synthetic thickener and the fixation rate of reactive dyes.
