摘要
采用臭氧等离子体对间位芳纶织物进行预处理后,再进行树脂表面改性,并优化了改性芳纶的染色工艺。试验证明,树脂改性层与染料分子有更高的亲和性,极大地提高了芳纶织物的上染百分率和染色深度,获得了高的耐摩擦色牢度和耐光色牢度,但一定程度上损失了芳纶的耐高温性能和阻燃性能。
The meta-aramid fabric is pretreated by ozone plasma,and then the surface modification is carried out by resin.The dyeing process of modified meta-aramid fabric is optimized.The results show that the resin modified layer has higher affinity with dye molecules,which can impart the meta-aramid fabric high dye uptake and dyeing depth,good color fastness to rubbing and light,but a little damage on high temperature resistance and flame retardancy.
