摘要
以氯铂酸为催化剂,含氢硅油(PMHS)、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)和聚醚F-6单体为反应原料,制备了氨基聚醚改性有机硅柔软剂,并将合成的改性硅油经过乳化再整理到亚麻织物上。结果表明:氨基基团和聚醚基团成功接枝到PMHS侧链上;经氨基聚醚改性有机硅柔软剂整理的亚麻织物表面更加柔软光滑,可赋予织物舒适的服用性能。
Using chloroplatinic acid as a catalyst,hydrogen-containing silicone oil(PMHS),N,N-dimethyl acryl⁃amide(DMAA)and polyether F-6 monomer as raw materials,an amino polyether modified silicone softener is prepared.The synthetic modified silicone oil is emulsified and then is applied to linen fabric.The results show that both amino groups and polyether groups are successfully grafted onto the PMHS side chains,and the sur⁃face of the linen fabric finished with amino polyether modified silicone oil is softer and smoother.It can give the fabric comfortable wearing performance.
