中厚板轧线物料跟踪系统稳定性研究

摘要 在中厚板企业生产过程中,物料跟踪是自动化轧制的基础,尤其是在钢板轧制过程中,跟踪系统采用基于钢板头、尾位置的计算与现场检测元器件的修正相结合的跟踪方式,即每块钢板登记到物料跟踪缓存区后,系统便为其生成一个影像,并根据钢板所经过的车昆道速度实时计算其头、尾的绝对位置(相对于轧线零点),该影像同时在监控画面上进行动态显示。但是在钢板实际轧制生产过程中,由于各种原因经常会造成钢板影像与其实际位置不符的情况,进而影响自动轧钢,造成钢板改轧。本文针对钢板在轧制过程中物料跟踪不准确的情况,提出了五种方法对设备和控制程序缺陷进行优化改进,满足了产线提产增效节奏要求,取得了较好的实际效果。 In the production process of medium and heavy plate enterprises,material tracking is the basis of automatic rllig,especially in the process of steel plate rllig,the tracking system adopts the tracking method based on the calculation of steel plate head and tail position and the correction of field detection components,that is,each plate is registered in the material tracking buffer area,the system generates an image for it,and the absolute position of the head and tail of the steel plate is calculated according to the speed of the roller table(relative to the zero points of the rlling line),and the image is dyamically displayed on the monitoring screen.However,in the actual rllig process of steel plate,due to various reasons,the image of the steel plate is often inconsistent with its actual position,which will affect automatic rolling and cause the steel plate to change rlling.Given the inaccuracy of material tracking in the rlling process of steel plates,this paper puts forward five methods to optimize and improve the defects of equipment and control program,which meets the requirements of increasing production and increasing eficiency of the production line,and achieves good results.
