移动平台精确定位长大管棚施工技术

On Precise Location of Long-large Pipe Roof via Mobile Platform

摘要 以型钢为平台骨架,型钢间用螺栓连接,再通过移动平台的横移升降对管棚进行准确定位,这样的管棚比临时搭设的钢管脚手架更牢固。施工技术的优点在于:作业平台线路布置简洁,现场临时用电更安全可控;型钢骨架刚度更高,施工过程中平台晃动减少;通过移动平台上钻机的带管钻进,管节代替钻杆钻进的工艺技术精简了管棚钻孔流程,避免了塌孔,与传统工艺相比,节省劳动力,工期缩短,人工费同比节省69.5%。 The pipe roof is stronger than temporary steel pipe scaffolds.It uses section steels connected by bolts as its platform skeleton,and then its horizontal and vertical movements are precisely positioned via mobile platform.It has the advantages of more controllable and safer on-site power supply due to simple wiring layout,reduced shaking due to higher rigidity of the section steels,no occurrence of hole collapse due to simplified process of hole drilling through drilling with casing via mobile platform rather than pipe drilling.Compared with the traditional technology,building this pipe roof saves labor force,shortens construction period,and saves year-on-year costs of up to 69.5%.
