基于钻石模型的江苏省跨境电子商务竞争力分析

A Research on the Competitiveness of Cross-border E-commerce in Jiangsu Province Based on Diamond Model

2020年,受新冠肺炎疫情影响,我国传统外贸行业受创,相比之下,跨境电商逆势增长,成为新的经济增长点。作为经济大省、外贸大省,江苏10个设区市成为跨境电商综试区,如何提升跨境电商竞争力从而大力促进跨境电商发展显得迫在眉睫。基于波特的钻石模型,从生产要素条件、行业需求状况、相关支持性产业、同业竞争与合作、政府和机会这几个方面分析江苏省跨境电商产业竞争力,在此基础上提出了政府专注“搭台”、企业苦练“基本功”来“唱好戏”的对策建议。

While traditional foreign trade was severely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020,cross-bor⁃der e-commerce has kept growing and become a new growth point.As a big province of economy and foreign trade,Jiangsu province has set up integrated pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce in 10 regions and cities.Therefore,it is of great urgency to enhance the competitiveness of the cross-border e-commerce in Jiangsu in or⁃der to promote its vigorous development.On the basis of diamond model,the paper analyzed the competitiveness from the aspects of production factors,market demand,related and supporting industries,coopetition,govern⁃ment support and opportunities,and then put forward that governments focus on“setting up stages”while busi⁃nesses practice“basic skills”for“excellent performance”.
