高职贫困生个性化成长的资本因素及精准帮扶路径

On the Capital Factors and the Path to Targeted Poverty Alleviation for Personalized Growth of Poor Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

在生态系统理论和资本理论视角下,个体心理资本个性化、家庭经济资本差距化、校企文化资本弱势化、社会符号资本异质化成为影响贫困生个性化成长的关键因素。基于优势视角理论,从赋权、抗逆力、成员资格、对话与合作4个方面提出高职贫困生的个性化成长精准帮扶路径,以期实现发展型教育资助的最终目标,促进贫困生健康成长成才。

From the perspective of ecosystem theory and capital theory,personalization of individual psychologi⁃cal capital,disparity of family economic capital,vulnerability of school-enterprise cultural capital and heteroge⁃neity of social symbol capital have become the key factors affecting the personalized growth of poor students.Based on the theory of strength perspective,the path to the targeted alleviation for personalized growth of poor students in higher vocational colleges was proposed in four aspects:empowerment,resilience,membership,dia⁃logue and cooperation,with a view to realizing the ultimate goal of developmental education funding and promot⁃ing the healthy growth and success of poor students.
