摘要
基于跨企业培训中心实施的现代学徒制新模式将学校教育的传统性与高等性、中心培训的现代性与职业性、企业跟岗的适用性与发展性连贯融合,体现出学生身份三重、教师角色三类、学习场地三处、人才进阶三层的典型特征。在新模式实践过程中,校企双方必须统筹开展大思政教育,以工匠精神的培育为抓手,明确具体实施路径,形成跨企业培训中心模式下的“立德树人工程”“文化联动工程”“职业引领工程”三位一体的大思政工作格局。
The new mode of modern apprenticeship based on cross-enterprise training center integrates the tradi⁃tional and advanced school education with the modern and vocational center training and the applicable and de⁃velopmental hands-on training in enterprises together,featuring triple identity of students,triple roles of teach⁃ers,three venues for learning,and three levels of advance.In the practice of the new mode,it is of necessity for both colleges and enterprises to coordinate the greater ideological and political education.With craftsmanship and clarified path,a trinity system of greater ideological and political education in the cross-enterprise training center can be formed which includes three major projects of“fostering virtue through education”,“cultural links”and“career orientation”.
