大学文化与立德树人具有深刻的内在联系,立德树人是大学文化的重要功能。新时代大学文化要贯彻习近平“立德树人”的德育思想,构建立德树人的文化场域。通过重塑大学精神文化,营造优良大学环境,加强主体载体建设,构建现代大学制度,创新思政文化建设,强化专业文化建设等路径,可以实现新时代大学文化立德树人的目标。

University culture and fostering virtue through education are profoundly interconnected,the latter of which is one of the important functions of the former.To develop university culture in the new era,we must act in accordance with President Xi Jinping’s thought on moral education and build cultural fields for the task of foster⁃ing virtue through education.The goal of fostering virtue through university culture can be achieved by reshap⁃ing the university spiritual culture,creating an excellent environment,strengthening the construction of entities and their carriers,building up a modern university system,making innovations in the development of ideological and political culture,and consolidating the establishment of professional culture.
