摘要
目的探讨前馈控制结合质量反馈在胺碘酮注射液所致静脉炎中的应用效果。方法将96例通过微泵持续静脉输注胺碘酮的心律失常患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例。对照组在胺碘酮泵入的过程中给予常规静脉输液护理,观察组在对照组的基础上应用前馈控制结合质量反馈的理论和方法。采用静脉炎国际分级标准、数字疼痛量表(NRS)及自制满意度调查问卷评估并比较两组静脉炎的发生率、疼痛水平及对静脉输液的满意度情况。结果观察组与对照组静脉炎发生率分别为0和12.50%,疼痛水平分别为(2.34±0.67)和(4.59±0.88)分,患者对静脉输液的满意度分别为95.83%和81.25%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前馈控制结合质量反馈能够有效降低胺碘酮所致静脉炎的发生率和患者的疼痛水平,间接提高护理质量和输液安全。同时能有效提升患者对护理工作的认可与满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of feedforward control combined with quality feedback in phlebitis caused by amiodarone.Methods 96 patients with arrhythmia who received continuous intravenous infusion of amiodarone via micropump were randomly divided into control group and observation group,48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intravenous infusion nursing during the pump-in process of amiodarone.The observation group applied the theory and method of feedforward control combined with quality feedback on the basis of the control group.The incidence rate of phlebitis,pain level and satisfaction with intravenous infusion of the two groups of patients were evaluated and compared with international classification standard of phlebitis,digital pain scale(NRS)and self-made satisfaction questionnaire.Results the incidence of phlebitis was 0%in the observation group and 12.50%in the control group.the pain level was(2.34±0.67)and(4.59±0.88)respectively.the patients’satisfaction with intravenous infusion was 95.83%and 81.25%respectively.the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Feedforward control combined with quality feedback can effectively reduce the incidence of phlebitis caused by amiodarone and the pain level of patients,indirectly improve the quality of nursing and infusion safety.At the same time,it can effectively improve the recognition and satisfaction of patients to nursing work.
