摘要
目前食品包装多为不可降解的塑料制品,严重危害生态环境,亟需研究可降解的食品包装。综述可生物降解食品包装材料的研究进展,分析研究中存在的问题,并展望其今后的发展趋势,以期为可生物降解食品包装材料的深入研究与应用提供参考。
At present,food packaging is mostly non-degradable plastic products,which seriously harms the ecological environment.Therefore,it is urgent to study degradable food packaging.This paper reviews the research progress of biodegradable food packaging materials,analyzes the problems existing in the research,and looks forward to its future development trend,in order to provide a reference for the further research and application of biodegradable food packaging materials.
