摘要
中国特色现代学徒制已从试点阶段进入发展和推广新阶段。以食品加工技术专业为例,提出按照“1引2管3细”原则强化双主体育人制度建设、构建内外相互依托的质量保障体系和采取多纬度、渐进式校企文化互联共融等路径,以促进现代学徒制双主体育人质量的提升。
Modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage of development and promotion from the pilot stage.Taking the specialty of food processing technology as an example,this paper puts forward to strengthen the construction of dual-subject cultivating talents according to the principle of"1 guidance 2 management 3 refinement",build a quality guarantee system with internal and outside and adopt multi-latitude and gradual school-enterprise cultural interconnection and integration,so as to promote the improvement of the quality of dual-subject cultivating talents in modern apprenticeship system.
