现代学徒制视角下食品加工技术专业校企双主体育人质量提升路径研究

Study on the Quality Improvement Path of Dual-Subject Cultivating Talents of Food Processing Technology Specialty from the Perspective ofModern Apprenticeship System

中国特色现代学徒制已从试点阶段进入发展和推广新阶段。以食品加工技术专业为例,提出按照“1引2管3细”原则强化双主体育人制度建设、构建内外相互依托的质量保障体系和采取多纬度、渐进式校企文化互联共融等路径,以促进现代学徒制双主体育人质量的提升。

Modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage of development and promotion from the pilot stage.Taking the specialty of food processing technology as an example,this paper puts forward to strengthen the construction of dual-subject cultivating talents according to the principle of"1 guidance 2 management 3 refinement",build a quality guarantee system with internal and outside and adopt multi-latitude and gradual school-enterprise cultural interconnection and integration,so as to promote the improvement of the quality of dual-subject cultivating talents in modern apprenticeship system.
