回授法对妇科腹腔镜术后老年患者早期活动的重要性

Importance of Feedback Method in Early Activity of Elderly Patients after Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

目的:探讨在妇科腹腔镜术后实施回授法对老年患者早期活动的重要性。方法:选取郑州大学第二附属医院妇科病区2019年1月—12月进行妇科腹腔镜手术的256例老年患者作为研究对象,其中一病区134例患者作为对照组,二病区122例患者作为观察组。二病区患者采取回授法护理模式,一病区进行常规护理模式,比较两组的护理效果。结果:二病区患者术后在早期活动依从性、护理知识、行为能力及护理满意度均优于一病区患者(P<0.05)。结论:在妇科腹腔镜术后老年患者中实施回授法,能够显著提高患者术后活动依从性、护理知识行为能力及护理满意度,在临床护理工作中值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the importance of implementing feedback method after gynecological laparoscopy for the early activities of elderly patients.Methods:A total of 256 elderly patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery in the gynecological ward of the hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.Among them,134 patients in ward one served as the control group and 122 patients in ward two was served as the observation group.Patients in tward two adopted the feedback nursing model,and warded one adopt the conventional nursing model.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The patients in the second ward were better than those in the first ward in early activity compliance,nurs-ing knowledge and behavior ability,and nursing satisfaction after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of feedback method in elderly patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery can significantly improve the patient's compliance with activities,nursing knowledge and behavior ability,and nursing satisfaction after surgery.It has the prospect of promotion and application in clinical nursing work.
