中药制剂不良反应发生的原因分析及护理

Analysis of Causes and Nursing Care of Adverse Reaction of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:主要分析中药注射剂不良反应的临床表现特征,并提出相应的护理对策。方法:选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院2018年2月—2020年2月间出现中药注射剂不良反应及护理干预的30例患者进行分析。结果:在30例患者中,中药注射液引起的不良反应以呼吸系统损伤和皮肤及其附件损伤为主,占全部不良反应例次总数50%以上。不良反应最早出现于输液2min,最晚出现在连续输液10d后,既有速发型变态反应,也有迟发型变态反应。结论:中药注射剂不良反应的观察及护理十分重要,必须加强用药安全教育与管理。

Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics of adverse reactions of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) injections and put forward the corresponding nursing countermeasures. Methods: The adverse reactions and nursing intervention of 30 cases admitted to the hospital from Feburary 2018 to Feburary 2020 with TCM injection were analyzed. Results: Among the 30 patients, the adverse reactions caused by traditional Chinese medicine injections were mainly respiratory system damage and skin and accessory damage, accounting for more than 50.00% of the total number of adverse reactions. Adverse reactions first appeared in 2 minutes of infusion, and last appeared after 10 days of continuous infusion. There were both immediate and delayed allergies. Conclusion: Observation and care of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injections are very important, and education and management of medication safety must be strengthened.
