摘要 目的:探讨个性化健康教育在急性胰腺炎护理中对自我效能与生活质量的提升作用。方法:抽取周口市第一人民医院2018年1月—2020年1月期间收治的100例急性胰腺炎患者为临床研究对象,通过随机分组的方式,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组接受常规护理方式,观察组患者在对照组基础上接受个性化健康教育方式,对比两组患者的临床护理效果。结果:观察组患者自我效能评分与生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急性胰腺炎患者的临床护理工作中展开个性化健康教育效果显著,能够有效提升自我效能与生活质量,值得推广。 Objective: To explore the effect of individualized health education on self-efficacy and quality of life in acute pancreatitis nursing. Methods: 100 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the clinical research objects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received routine care, and the observation group received personalized health education on the basis of the control group. The clinical care effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of self-efficacy and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Individualized health education in the clinical nursing work of patients with acute pancreatitis has a significant effect, which can effectively improve self-efficacy and quality of life,and is worthy of promotion.
