饮食运动指导对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖指标、妊娠结局的改善效果

Effects of Dietary Exercise Guidance on the Improvement of Blood Glucose Index and Pregnancy Outcome in Patients with Gestational Diabetes

目的:分析饮食运动指导对改善妊娠糖尿病患者的血糖指标和妊娠结局的效果。方法:选取2018年3月—2020年3月西华县人民医院收治的100例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据抽签法分为实验组和参照组,每组各50例。实验组接受饮食运动指导,参照组在家按照医嘱自我调节,对比两组分娩时的血糖指标和妊娠结局的改善情况。结果:实验组空腹血糖指标、餐后血糖指标、睡前血糖指标均低于参照组(P<0.05);实验组不良妊娠结局发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:对妊娠期糖尿病患者采取饮食运动指导能有效改善其血糖指标,减少不良妊娠结局的发生率。

Objective: To analyze the effect of dietary exercise guidance on improving blood glucose indexes and pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes. Methods: 100 gestational diabetes patients admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the lottery method, they were divided into experimental group and reference group, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the experimental group received dietary exercise guidance and the patients in the reference group adjusted themselves according to the doctor’s instructions at home. The improvement of blood glucose indexes and pregnancy outcomes in labor between the two groups were compared. Results: The fasting blood glucose index, postprandial blood glucose index, and pre-sleep blood glucose index of pregnant women in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Dietary exercise guidance for gestational diabetes patients can effectively improve their blood sugar index, reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
