循证护理对老年冠心病患者的效果观察及不良事件发生率影响评价

Observation on the Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Evaluation of the Impact of Adverse Events

目的:研究循证护理运用在老年冠心病患者中的效果及对不良事件发生率影响。方法:分组依据为随机数字表法,将2019年4月—2020年4月濮阳市油田总医院接诊的100例老年冠心病患者分为对照组(共50例,提供常规护理)和实验组(共50例,提供循证护理),对两组的不良心血管事件发生率、焦虑评分、抑郁评分进行对比。结果:实验组不良心血管事件发生率(8.00%)低于对照组(26.00%)(P<0.05);护理后,实验组焦虑评分、抑郁评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:为老年冠心病患者进行循证护理,能够改善其负性心理,减少心血管不良事件,值得推广。

Objective:To study the effect of evidence-based nursing in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and its impact on the incidence of adverse events.Methods:Based on the random number table method,100 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were divided into control group(50 cases,receiving routine care)and experimental group(50 cases,receiving evidence-based care).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events,anxiety scores and depression scores between the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events(8.00%)in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(26.00%)(P<0.05).After nursing,the improvement in the anxiety score and depression score in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing for elderly patients with coronary heart disease can improve their negative psychology and reduce cardiovascular adverse events,which is worthy of promotion.
