山东省农产品质量安全追溯体系建设现状及对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Agricultural Products Quality Safety Tracking System Construction in Shandong Province

文章从山东省农产品质量安全追溯体系建设现状入手,剖析了现阶段追溯体系建设存在的主要问题,从法律保障、技术研发、监管协作、标准化建设、市场主体参与等方面提出了构建并完善山东省农产品质量安全追溯体系建设的战略对策,以期对解决农产品质量安全问题、维护消费者权益、强化政府对市场的监管能力有所裨益.

Based on the status quo of agricultural products quality safety tracking system construction in Shandong Province,this paper analyzes the major problems in current tracking system construction,and proposes the strategic countermeasures to establish and improve the agricultural products quality safety tracking system in Shandong Province from the aspects of legal guarantee,technology research development,supervision cooperation,standardized construction,market subject participation,which is expected to be beneficial to solve agricultural products quality safety problems,protect customer's rights and interests and enhance the government's supervision ability on domestic market.
