30s牵引游作为评估短距离爬泳运动表现的方法的有效性研究

摘要 目的:研究识别牵引游是否能够作为评估50m、100m爬泳成绩的一种可靠的方法。研究方法:研究对象(n=33)完成一次全力的30s原位牵引游泳获取推进力,并在正规的比赛中收集他们的50m和100m的游泳成绩。用R²拟合优度回归直线观测推进力与成绩的拟合程度,所有统计程序均使用SPSS 23。研究结果:牵引游产生的推进力与成绩显著相关(P<0.01),在推进力与成绩的线性回归关系中男子和女子存在差异,男子表现出更强的关系(P<0.01)。结论:牵引游泳推进力同比变化百分比(提高/下降)能评估、控制、监督运动员成绩同比变化,是解释短距离爬泳成绩同比变化的一个重要因素。 Objective:To identify whether pull swimming can be used as a reliable method to evaluate 50m and 100m crawl performance.Methods:Subjects(n=33)completed a full-strength 30-second in-situ towed swim to gain propulsion,and collected their 50m and 100m swimming times in a regular race.The thrust and grade fitting degree were observed by R goodness of fit regression line.SPSS 23 was used in all statistical procedures.Results:There was a significant correlation between propulsion and performance in traction swimming(P<0.01).The linear regression relationship between propulsion and performance was different for men and women,but stronger for men(P<0.01).Conclusion:The percentage change(increase/decrease)of traction swimming propelling force can evaluate,control and monitor the change of performance,which is an important factor to explain the change of performance in short crawl stroke.
