从职业培训的视角探讨湖北省营地教育发展现状及对策

On the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Camp Education in Hubei Province from the Perspective of Vocational Training

该文以湖北省营地指导员培训为研究对象,通过数据分析法、文献资料法等研究方法,对全国营地指导员培训近3年的数据进行分析,总结我国营地教育发展的特征。结果显示,湖北省营地指导员培训情况逐年发展迅速,省内营地指导员培训市场发展活跃,大量新型商业培训机构涌现。但营地教育的理念普及度不高,目前主要集中在大学生群体及户外爱好者之间,营地培训与高校的结合有待加强,培训市场的管理和自主创新性还待加强。

Taking the camp instructor training in Hubei Province as the object of study,through data analysis,literature and other research methods,this paper analyzes the data of the last three years of the camp instructor training in China,and summarizes the characteristics of the development of camp education in China.The results show that the situation of camp instructor training in Hubei Province develops rapidly year by year,the market of camp instructor training in Hubei Province develops actively,and a large number of new business training institutions emerge.However,the popularity of camp education is not high.Currently,it is mainly concentrated among college students and outdoor enthusiasts.The combination of camp training and colleges needs to be strengthened,and the management and independent innovation of the training market need to be strengthened.
