摘要
该文运用角色理论对青少年体育教育中家校融合的主体角色进行审视和定位,剖析目前青少年家校体育教育融合中的困境和原因,认为:升学紧迫性与健康延后性使学校体育绝对劣势,现存的家校教育关系失序“泄力”青少年体育教育,多数单一性融合模式限制了学校和家庭体育体育的融合。提出合理准确的角色定位可以规避客观的不恰当行为,学校应提供专业性指导促进家长发挥家庭体育教育的主体责任,学校和家长角色责任承担共识动态平衡状态形成教育最大合力,家长和学校应是责任共同体,而家长在体育教育中与孩子是“亦师亦伴”,才能在青少年体育教育中避免不必要的内耗。
The role theory is used to examine and position the main role of the integration of family and school in youth physical education,and analyze the difficulties and reasons in the current integration of family school physical education.It is considered that:the urgency of entering school and the delay of health make school sports absolutely disadvantage,the existing family school education relationship is out of order,and the majority of single integration modes restrict the school and family sports integration.Reasonable and accurate role positioning can avoid objective inappropriate behavior.Schools should provide professional guidance to promote parents to play the main responsibility of family physical education.School and parents should assume the common sense of responsibility,and the dynamic balance state can form the greatest force of education.Parents and schools should be the responsibility community,and parents and children are"teachers and partners"in physical education Avoid unnecessary internal friction in physical education for teenagers.
