Research on the Tactical Application of Sailing

帆船是利用自然风力进行的一项水上运动。在帆船竞赛中,运动员不仅要拥有熟练的操作技术,还要拥有过人的战术意识。通过对这项运动战术方面的相关资料进行分析,同时对一些经验丰富的教练与成绩优秀的运动员进行访谈,研究战术运用在帆船竞赛中的作用及意义。因此,了解在训练或竞赛的不同环境中如何使用战术,使用何种战术才能取得胜利,对帆船运动员的训练和比赛水平的提高具有重要的意义。

Sailing is a kind of water sports which is carried out by controlling sailboats and utilizing natural wind power.In the process of sailing competition,athletes’own operation technology is the foundation,and the use of tactics is the key.By collecting and analyzing the data of sailing tactics and interviewing some national coaches and elite athletes,this paper discusses the role and significance of tactics in sailing competition.Therefore,it is necessary to understand how to use tactics and what tactics can be used to win in different competitions and training.
