摘要
舞龙运动是一项蕴含了中华民族深厚文化内涵和民族精神的传统体育运动项目,是高校的传统体育教学中不可缺少的内容之一,经过长时间的推广和实践,高校的舞龙教学取得了一定的成效,但也存在着一些影响舞龙运动教学的因素,该文通过文献资料、走访调查等研究方法,指出舞龙运动在教学中存在的主要困难因素,分析指出舞龙运动在体育课堂教学的优化策略,意在为舞龙运动在高校体育课堂教学中更好的开展提供有价值的参考。
Dragon dance is a traditional sports event that contains the profound cultural connotation and national spirit of the Chinese nation.It is one of the indispensable contents of traditional physical education in colleges and universities.After a long time of promotion and practice,the dragon dance teaching in colleges It has achieved certain results,but there are also some factors that affect the teaching of dragon dance.This article points out the main difficult factors in the teaching of dragon dance through literature,surveys and other research methods.The analysis points out that dragon dance is in the physical education classroom.The optimization strategy of teaching is intended to provide a valuable reference for the better development of dragon dance in college physical education classroom teaching.
