高校游泳馆运营管理现状调查与分析——以杭州高校游泳馆为例

An Investigation of the Operation and Management of Swimming Pool at the Institution of Higher Education——A Case Study of Swimming Pools at the Universities in Hangzhou

随着我国经济实力的不断发展,高校体育场馆的建设无论是在数量上还是在质量上都有了飞速提高。高校体育场馆在整个社会体育设施中的重要地位,使其在学校体育教育和全民健身运动开展中有着举足轻重的作用。该文将研究对象设定为高校游泳馆,对其在市场竞争体制下的管理和运营现状进行分析,探索高校游泳馆合理、高效的运管模式,对减轻高校资金负担,树立高校良好的社会形象,提高体育场馆科学化管理水平都有着重要意义。

With the continuous development of economy,the quantity and quality of university sports facilities have increased rapidly.The importance of college sports facilities in the entire societal sports venues makes it pivotal in physical education and public health.This investigation examined the swimming pool in the institution of higher education,analyzed its management and operation modes in the market competition system,and explored the appropriateness and efficiency of the university swimming pool.Findings indicated that effective management of university swimming pool can reduce the financial burden and help establish positive social image of the institution,and improve the scientific management of sports facilities.
