摘要
幼儿教育的健康发展对高职学前教育专业幼儿体育教师培养的能力结构、知识特性、学历层次提出了更新、更高的要求,尤其在新时代背景下,幼儿体育教师的培养需要围绕幼儿教育来明确培养目标,提升创新能力和实践技能,并通过艺术课程和体育课程的有机结合,突出体育和艺术专业的专业特色,形成复合型、应用型、实践型的幼儿体育教师模式,使我国的幼儿教育得到健康的发展。为此,该文结合幼儿体育教育的市场需求和要求,分析教师培养的问题,提出具体的培养模式改革策略。
The healthy development of preschool education has put forward new and better requirements for the ability structure,knowledge characteristics and academic level of preschool physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges.Especially in the context of the new era,the cultivation of preschool physical education teachers needs to focus on early childhood education to clarify the training objectives,improve innovation ability and practical skills,and through the organic combination of art curriculum and physical education curriculum.In addition,we should highlight the professional characteristics of sports and art majors,and form a compound,applied and practical preschool physical education teacher system,so as to make China’s early childhood education develop healthily.Therefore,combined with the market demand and development status of preschool physical education,this paper analyzes the requirements of teacher training,and puts forward specific training mode reform strategies.
