高校《体操》课程内容体系创新研究

Research on the Innovation of the Course Content System of Gymnastics in Universities

为了解现阶段高校体操教学的现状,探寻体操教学过程中极易出现的相关问题。该文以中南民族大学体育学院专业普修体操课课程教学、课程内容、课程内容考核为研究对象,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、访谈法等方法,梳理其内在联系,了解体操课程发展现状,揭示其内在逻辑规律。研究表明,体操课程内容单一枯燥,大多为大众基础教学内容;体操课程教学重视知识与技能的传授,教学方法也均为基础教学法;课时、场地、器械等不足,导致学生学到的知识较为片面且不够深入。

In order to understand the current situation of gymnastics teaching in colleges and universities,to explore the related problems that are easy to occur in the process of gymnastics teaching.Taking the teaching of general courses,the contents of gymnastics curriculum and the examination of the contents of gymnastics courses in the college of physical education of South-Central University for Nationalities as the research object,this paper combs their internal relations by using the methods of literature,logical analysis and interview,to understand the present situation of the development of gymnastic curriculum and reveal its inherent logical law.It is considered that the content of gymnastics course is single and boring,and most of it is the basic teaching content of the public,in which gymnastics course teaching attaches importance to the teaching of knowledge and skills,and the teaching methods are also basic teaching methods;class hours,venues,equipment and other deficiencies,resulting in students’knowledge is only one-sided and not deep enough.
