摘要
近年来,肥胖已成为一个世界性重大公共卫生问题,如何减少体重已经成为研究热点。该文通过文献资料法,对近年来离心训练对身体成分、胰岛素抵抗和肌肉力量的影响进行综述。结果发现,离心训练比向心训练更能有效降低脂肪含量,更能使静息状态下能源消耗增加,肌力增加,胰岛素抵抗减弱、敏感性增强。离心训练更有利于肥胖人群减肥,同时根据一些研究中的实验条件,为肥胖人群提供运动处方及设定合理的运动强度、运动项目是非常有必要的。
In recent years,obesity has become a major public health problem in the world,and how to reduce weight has become a research hotspot.This paper reviews the effects of centrifugal training on body composition,insulin resistance and muscle strength in recent years.The results showed that centrifugal training was more effective than centripetal training in reducing fat content,increasing energy consumption and muscle strength at rest,weakening insulin resistance and enhancing insulin sensitivity.Centrifugal training is more conducive to weight loss of obese people.At the same time,according to the experimental conditions in some studies,it is very necessary to provide exercise prescription and set reasonable exercise intensity and exercise items for obese people.
