动商视域下的高校排球教学训练探究

Research on Volleyball Teaching and Training in Colleges from the Perspective of Motivation

该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、归纳法等研究方法,梳理了排球运动的起源及特点,在此基础上,借助动商理论,对动商在排球运动中的价值体现进行了阐述,并进一步探讨了动商视域下的排球教学训练。研究认为:动商在排球运动中的价值体现主要表现在参与者的身体机能、运动素质、运动生理3个方面;以动商的理念来指导排球的教学训练,要注意理念引导、科学训练及创设动商学习情境。

By using the methods of literature review,logical analysis and induction,this paper combs the origin and characteristics of volleyball.On this basis,with the help of the theory of motor quotient,this paper expounds the value of motor quotient in volleyball,and further discusses the volleyball teaching and training from the perspective of motor quotient.The research shows that:the value of motor quotient in volleyball is mainly reflected in three aspects:participants’physical function,sports quality and sports physiology;to guide volleyball teaching and training with the concept of motor quotient,we should pay attention to concept guidance,scientific training and the creation of motor quotient learning situation.
