在“中国小篮球发展计划”背景下浅析我国小篮球的发展

The Development of Small Basketball in China is Analyzed under the Background of"Chinese Small Basketball Development Plan"

2017年11月20日,中国篮球协会在北京举行了小篮球发展计划暨小篮球联赛启动仪式,同时发布了《小篮球规则》。这个启动仪式标志着这项尘封57年的“小篮球计划”重新起航,并要求将小篮球的推广工作列入与国家队、CBA联赛建设改革同样重要的序列。这为推动小篮球发展、改变我国篮球人才培养体制创造了契机,不仅促进少年儿童身心健康的成长,丰富了学校体育的发展,还为我国篮球后备人才选拔夯实基础。本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法和实地考察法对小篮球运动的发展、特点和在国内的发展进行研究。

On November 20,2017,the Chinese Basketball Association(CBA)held the Little Basketball Development Plan and Little Basketball League Launch Ceremony in Beijing,and released the Little Basketball Rules.The launch ceremony marked the start of the"Little Basketball Project",which has been dormant for 57 years,and called for the promotion of small basketball to be listed as important as the reform of the national team and the CBA league.This has created an opportunity to promote the development of small basketball and change the basketball talent training system in China.It has not only promoted the physical and mental health growth of children,enriched the development of school sports,but also laid a solid foundation for the selection of basketball reserve talents in China.This paper studies the development,characteristics and domestic development of small basketball through the method of literature,expert interview and field investigation.
