晨峰血压在蒙汉两族高血压患者中的对比研究

Comparative study of morning peak blood pressure in Mongolian and Han patients with hypertension

目的探讨蒙汉两族高血压患者晨峰血压的不同特点。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月在内蒙古西部地区未经系统药物治疗的蒙汉两族高血压患者209例。比较两组患者晨峰血压峰值、24 h动态血压值和基础临床指标。结果蒙族组高血压患者在体重指数(BMI)、甘油三酯(TG)水平、晨峰收缩压(mSBP)、日间收缩压(dSBP)、日间舒张压(dDBP)和夜间收缩压(nSBP)高于汉族组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄段中,两组患者晨峰血压均随年龄增加而增高,蒙族组高于汉族组。特别是在年龄大于70岁年龄段,蒙族组患者与汉族组患者晨峰血压有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论蒙古族组高血压患者晨峰血压高于汉族组患者,并随年龄增加而增高。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of morning peak blood pressure in patients with hypertension in Mongolian and Han nationalities.Methods A total of 209 hypertension patients were divided into groups Mongolian and Han.Morning peak blood pressure, 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure and basic clinical indicators were compared between 2 groups.Results The body mass index(BMI), triglyceride level(TG),morning peak systolic blood pressure(mSBP), daytime systolic blood pressure(dSBP), daytime diastolic blood pressure(dDBP) and night systolic blood pressure(nSBP)in Mongolian group were higher than those in Han group(P<0.05).In different age groups, the morning peak blood pressure of the two groups increased with age, and the Mongolian group was higher than the Han group.When the patients were older than 70 years old, there were significant differences in morning peak blood pressure between the Mongolian group and the Han group(P<0.05).Conclusion The morning peak blood pressure of Mongolian group was higher than that of Han group, and increased with age.
