呼和浩特地区青年胃癌患者临床病理特点

Clinicopathologic Features of Young Patients with Gastric Cancer in Hohhot Area

目的了解呼和浩特市区青年胃癌的临床病理特点,为当地胃癌防治提供依据。方法收集2007年1月至2018年12月于内蒙古自治区人民医院胃镜或手术切除经病理确诊的青年胃癌患者72例,统计不同年龄、性别、肿瘤家族史、诊断时的症状、幽门螺杆菌感染状况等情况,并分析青年胃癌患者的临床病理学特点。结果男女比例为1:1。主要组织学类型为未分化型92%(66/72)。幽门螺杆菌阳性率为81%(54/67)。有一些无症状患者在Ⅰ~Ⅲ期,所有Ⅳ期患者在诊断时均有一些临床症状。结论青年胃癌患者幽门螺杆菌感染率高,我们应考虑检查年轻患者和老年患者的幽门螺杆菌感染状况,以确定高危人群。

Objective To understand the clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer among young people in Hohhot and provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer in Hohhot.Methods Seventy-two cases of young patients with gastric cancer diagnosed by pathology after endoscopic or surgical resection in the people’s hospital of Inner Mongolia autonomous region from January 2007 to December 2018 were collected,and the conditions of age,gender,family history of tumor,symptoms at the time of diagnosis,status of helicobacter pylori infection and other conditions were counted,and the clinicopathological characteristics of young gastric cancer were analyzed.Results The ratio of male to female was 1:1.The main histological type was undifferentiated92%(66/72).The positive rate of helicobacter pylori was 81%(54/67).There are some patients with asymptomatic in theⅠ~Ⅲ,allⅣstage cancer at the time of diagnosis have some clinical symptoms.Conclusion Young gastric cancer patients are highly susceptible to helicobacter pylori,so we should consider examining the status of helicobacter pylori infection in young and elderly patients to identify high-risk groups.
