成都地区38至84岁糖耐量正常人群糖化血清白蛋白参考范围

To Study the Establishment of Glycated Albumin’s Reference Range of Normal Glucose Tolerance of People Aged 38~84 in Chengdu Area

目的建立成都地区38~84岁糖代谢正常人群的糖化血清白蛋白(GA)参考值范围。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,对成都地区38~84岁的中老年人群进行问卷调查,并进行血压、身高、体重、腰围、臀围、糖化血清白蛋白、糖化血红蛋白、口服葡萄糖耐量试验、血脂等检测,因经费原因对全部行上述检查的641人中糖耐量正常人群的402人采用正态分布法的95%CI确定GA参考值范围。结果402名38~84岁糖耐量正常人群的GA呈正态性分布(Z=0.038),平均值为(13.08±1.21)%,正常参考值范围是(10.71%,15.45%),其中女性组GA平均值13.13%,男性组为12.96%,两者水平没有统计学差异(t=-1.22,P=0.22≥0.05)。结论成都地区38~84岁糖代谢正常人群GA参考值范围为(10.71%,15.45%),如超过此范围,需行糖尿病诊断试验,进一步确定血糖异常的阶段。

Objective To establish the reference range of glycosylated serum albumin(GA)in the 38~84 year-old population with normal glucose metabolism in Chengdu area.Methods Adopt the method of stratified random sampling,the chengdu area 38~84,a questionnaire survey was conducted in the middle-aged and old people,and blood pressure,height,weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,saccharification,glycosylated hemoglobin,serum albumin,oral glucose tolerance test,blood lipids and other testing,due to funding for all lines of the check for normal glucose tolerance of the 641 patients in the crowd of 402 people with 95%CI of normal distribution method determine the GA reference range.Results The GA normal distribution of 402 patients with normal glucose tolerance aged 38~84 years(Z=0.038)was(13.08±1.21)%,and the normal reference range was(10.71%,15.45%),in which the GA mean value was13.13%in the female group and 12.96%in the male group.There was no statistical difference between the two levels(t=-1.22,P=0.22≥0.05).Conclusion The reference range of GA in the 38~84 year old population with normal glucose metabolism in Chengdu area is(10.71%,15.45%).If the range exceeds this range,a diabetes diagnostic test should be conducted to further determine the stage of abnormal blood glucose.
