摘要
本文针对切段式收获机械的茎叶分离效果差、含杂率高问题,设计了升运链与气吹式组合式的甘蔗茎叶分离装置。切断后甘蔗通过装置中导流箱导流作用、升运链的姿态导向作用、鼓风机的风力筛选作用实现切断甘蔗的茎叶分离。通过甘蔗离散元仿真对比分析,采用“凹坑”形升运链使甘蔗姿态稳定,有利于茎叶分离。研究结果为作物茎叶分离装置设计提供参考。
In response to the problems of poor stem-leaf separation and high trash content of cut harvesting machines,a combined lift chain and airblown stem-leaf separation device for sugar canes has been designed.Sugar canes are separated from the cut cane by means of infusion effect of the inflow box,posture guidance of the lift chain and the wind screening effect of the blower.A comparative Discrete Elements Method analysis of sugar canes shows that the"crater"shaped lift chain provides a stable attitude of sugar canes and facilitates the separation of the stems and leaves.The results of the study provide a reference for the design of crop stem-leaf separation devices.
