摘要
使用因子分析试验、DOE试验对发动机油道堵塞24h后静态扭矩的提升进行研究,探究油道堵塞拧紧参数对24h后静态扭矩的影响。结果表明,通过DOE试验,分析油道堵塞拧紧参数各因子主效应及交互效应,得出油道堵塞拧紧参数各因子最优的数学模型,从而获得最佳的24h静态扭矩。
Use the factor analysis test and the DOE test to study the increase of the static torque of the engine after 24 hours of Plug-CM/SHF cover oil hole,to explore the influence of the Plug-CM/SHF cover oil hole tightening parameters on the static torque after 24 hours.The results show that through the DOE test,analyze the main effects and interaction effects of each factor of Plug-CM/SHF cover oil hole tightening parameters and a mathematical model of the optimal factors of Plug-CM/SHF cover oil holea and tightening parameters is obtained,so as to obtain the best 24-hour static torque..
