摘要
无源核子料位计用于测量容器内粉煤灰的高度,是一种非接触式测量装置。其直接检测对象为来自粉煤灰的固有的微量天然伽马射线,关键元件为光电倍增管和闪烁晶体。本文通过实验方法绘制了伽马射线计数率随光电倍增管高压偏置电压变化的曲线,并对其坪特性及坪特性的温度特性进行了研究。实验结果表明,坪特性与无源核子料位计的环境温度密切相关,所得结论为实际生产中高压偏置电压的设置提供了参考依据。
Passive nuclear level meter is a non-contact measuring device,which is used to measure the height of fly ash in the container.The direct detection object is the inherent trace natural gamma ray from fly ash,and the key components are photomultiplier tube and scintillation crystal.In this paper,the curve of gamma ray counting rate with high voltage bias voltage of photomultiplier is drawn by experimental method,and the plateau characteristics and the temperature characteristics of plateau characteristics are studied.The experimental results show that the plateau characteristics are closely related to the ambient temperature of the passive nuclear level meter.The conclusions provide a reference for the setting of high voltage bias voltage in practical production.
