Preliminary Study on Logistics Service Guarantees under the Epidemic Situation of Beijing Shi Jitan Hospital Affiliated to the Capital Medical University

结合首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院后勤管理工作实践,通过构建后勤服务保障体系、优化服务保障流程、突出服务保障重点、把握服务保障重点环节,提升医院后勤管理效能,探索有效的后勤服务保障模式。

In combination with the practice of logistics management work in Beijing Shi Jitan Hospital affiliated to the Capital Medical University,through the construction of the logistics service security system,optimize the service guarantee process,highlight the key service,grasp the key link of the service and protection,and improve the hospital logistics management efficiency,explore effective logistics service guarantee mode.
