依法治校背景下应用型本科院校辅导员法治素养提升研究

高校辅导员是推进依法治校的主要力量之一,是落实学生管理法治化的重要主体,在学校规章制度的科学制定、校规校纪在实际中的严格执行和促进全校守法中担负着重要角色。应用型本科院校辅导员的法治素养主要包括法律知识、法治思维和法律实践能力三个层面。提高应用型本科院校辅导员法治素养,可以从完善依法治校的制度和程序,筑牢辅导员法治素养提升的基础、开展立体化的法治教育培训,提升辅导员法律知识和能力、建立辅导员法治工作的奖惩机制,强化辅导员法治素养提升的制度保障三个方面着手。

College counselors are the backbone force to promote the rule of law and the important subject to implement the rule of law of student management.They play an important role in the scientific formulation of school rules and regulations,the strict implementation of school rules and regulations in practice and the pro⁃motion of the compliance of the whole school.The legal literacy of college counselors mainly includes three as⁃pects:legal knowledge,legal thinking and legal practice ability.Can promote their legal literacy,from the per⁃fect system and procedure of lawful,build a counselor of the rule of law quality promotion,the development of three-dimensional education training under the rule of law,the foundation of ascension instructor legal knowl⁃edge and ability,to establish the rule of law of rewards and punishment mechanism,strengthening the system guarantee of the instructors of the rule of law quality promotion three aspects.
