中华传统师德理论中既有精华又有糟粕,所以我们应该用批判继承法剔除中华传统师德理论中的糟粕,保留其中精华。然后用抽象继承法抽取这些精华中具有恒常价值的合理内核,并根据马克思主义的指导,结合社会主义新时代的具体要求,对这些合理内核进行创新性发展,使之服务于提升教师品德这一目标,做到以古鉴今,古为今用。使广大教师成为受学生爱戴的社会主义新时代“大先生”、“筑梦人”、“系扣人”和“引路人”。

in the traditional Chinese teacher ethics theory,there are both essence and dross.Therefore,we should use the critical inheritance law to eliminate the dross in the traditional Chinese teacher ethics theory and preserve the essence.Then the abstract inheritance method is used to extract the rational core with con⁃stant value in these essences.Based on the guidance of Marx doctrine and the specific requirements of the new socialist era,we have made an innovative development of these rational cores.Make it serve the goal of improv⁃ing teachers'morality.We should learn from the past and use the past for the present.So that the majority of teachers become the"big teacher","dream builder","tie tie tie"and"guide"in the new era of socialism.
