教育公平视域下教育阻断贫困代际传递的策略

全面建成小康社会,意味着要使贫困人口甩掉贫困的帽子,实现全面脱贫,而在众多脱贫攻坚的措施中,教育是一种必不可少的手段和方式。教育公平的提出和落实,使教育在各个方面得以完善和发展,起到了阻断贫困代际传递的作用。本章通过强调教育在阻断贫困代际传递中的重要性,发现教育在脱贫中的困境,围绕教育公平的三个方面,即起点公平、过程公平和结果公平,确保教育在实施过程中的均衡性和完善性,进而为阻断贫困代际传递寻找合适的路径,最终实现全面脱贫。

To complete the building of a well-off society in an all-round way means to shake off the poverty hat of the poor population and realize the realization of poverty alleviation in an all-round way.Among the nu⁃merous measures to tackle poverty alleviation,education is an indispensable means and way.We should put forward and implement equality in education,give full play to the advantages and functions of education in helping to alleviate poverty,and stop poverty fundamentally.Based on the concept of education fairness in this chapter,emphasis on education,with the importance of blocking the intergenerational transfer around the fair fair starting point and fair procedure,results,targeted put forward the corresponding opinions and Suggestions,to ensure balanced and perfect the education resources,and looking for the right path for blocking the intergen⁃erational transfer,finally realizes the comprehensive poverty alleviation.
