影响基层干部学习国家通用语言的主观因素——以阿克苏地区为例

A brief discussion on the subjective factors affecting the learning of national common language by grassroots cadres——Take Aksu Prefecture as an example

本文在对阿克苏四个调研点基层干部基本情况分析的基础上,着重从影响基层干部学习国家通用语言的生理、认知、情感等主观因素方面分析,并据此提出了解决策略。

Based on the analysis of the basic situation of grassroots cadres in four research points of Aksu,this paper focuses on the analysis of subjective factors such as physiology,cognition,emotion and so on that affect the learning of national common language of grassroots cadres,and puts forward solutions accordingly.
