摘要
研究了全氟-2,2-二甲基-1,3-二氧环戊烯-四氟乙烯(PDD-TFE)共聚物中PDD含量对PDD-TFE共聚物热稳定、光学和介电特性的影响。结果表明,共聚物5%的质量损失和最大质量损失速率所对应的温度分别在420℃和480℃以上,并基本随共聚物中PDD含量的增加而降低。PDD含量越高,PDD-TFE共聚物的可透过光波长范围更宽,光谱透射比和带隙宽度越大。PDD-TFE共聚物相对介电常数小(1.90~2.05),且在一定范围内随共聚物中PDD含量的增加而减小。
Perfluoro-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxole/tetrafluoroethylene(PDD-TFE)copolymer is a fluoroplastics with high performances,and study on the structure-property relationships of PDD-TFE copolymers would provide instruction to their applications.Effects of PDD composition on the condensed structure,thermal stability,optical and dielectric properties of PDD-TFE copolymer were studied.The corresponding temperature of 5%weight loss and maximum thermal weight loss rate of copolymers were above 420℃and 480℃,respectively,and decreased with the increasing of PDD content in copolymers.PDD-TFE copolymers with the higher PDD content exhibited the wider transmissible wavelength,the greater transparency and the wider the band gap width.PDDTFE copolymers exhibited low dielectric constant(1.90~2.05),and the dielectric constant of the copolymer was decreased with the increase of PDD content when PDD content was higher than 35%.
