机械式蒸汽再压缩蒸发和三效蒸发的计算机模拟 被引量:5

摘要 以质量分数9%氯化钠溶液蒸发预浓缩为研究对象,通过Aspen软件中换热器、分离器、压缩机和分流器模块对机械式蒸汽再压缩(MVR)和三效蒸发系统进行了模型建立和相关计算,对比和分析了能耗以及主要设备投入成本,为流程衡算、节能效果对比和换热器设计计算提供依据。结果表明,MVR蒸发技术相对传统三效蒸发技术,每年可节省能耗费用达18.714万元/t。 The 9%mass fraction of sodium chloride solution was studied in evaporation concentration.Heat exchanger,separator,compressor and diverter models were established and the simulation was calculated in MVR and three-effect evaporation system.Energy consumption and equipment input costs were compared and analyzed for providing the basis of process balance,conservation effort and heat exchanger design.The simulation result showed MVR evaporation technology could save 187140 yuan/t comparing with traditional three-effect evaporation.
