摘要
核电安装工程工艺复杂、交叉施工频繁,涉及土建结构施工、钢结构安装、主工艺系统安装、焊接、无损检测等,针对工程建设建立的各种管理流程的间隙紧凑控制优化,正确处理安装施工与总平面管理相融合关系,对施工管理目标进行优化,五/六级施工进度计划优化,施工工序安排优化、过程工作量评估、人员优化等,突出技术管理优化工作,严格执行程序,注重本质质量、本质安全管理中的风险分级及隐患治理双体系建设,控制关键环节,做到施工先决条件检查验证,可提高效率,用有效的安全管理及工程质量促进项目的顺利进行。
The process of nuclear power installation engineering is complex and the cross construction is frequent,which include the involving civil structure construction、steel structure installation、man process system installation、welding,nondestructive testing,etc.Aiming at the gap compact control optimization of various management processes established in engineering construction,which must handle correctly the integration relationship between installation construction and general layout management,optimize the construction management objectives,and carry out five/six level construction Schedule optimization、construction process arrangement optimization、process workload evaluation,personnel optimization,etc.,highlight the optimization of technical management,strictly implement the procedures,pay attention to the construction of dual systems of intrinsic quality,risk classification and hidden danger treatment in intrinsic safety management,control key links,and check and verify construction preconditions,which can improve efficiency and make effective safety management and engineering quality promotes the smooth progress of the project.
