摘要
为掌握矿井通风系统风阻分布情况,采用气压计法对6507工作面通风线路风阻进行测定,并依据测定结果对矿井通风系统通风难易程度、可靠性等进行探讨。现场测定发现采面进风段、回风段及用风段长度占比分别为34.1%、38.1%、27.8%,风阻占比分别为19.42%、38.21%、42.37%,因此降低用风段及回风段风阻是降低矿井总风阻的关键所在;计算得到矿井通风系统总风阻、等积孔分别为0.04124Ns~2/m~8、5.81m~2,矿井通风难易程度为容易;通风系统有效风量率、外部漏风率分别为87.9%、1.82%,均满足《煤矿安全规程》相关规定。
In order to master the distribution of wind resistance of mine ventilation system,this paper uses barometer method to measure the wind resistance of ventilation line in 6507 working face,and discusses the ventilation difficulty and reliability of mine ventilation system according to the measured results.On-the-spot measurement shows that the length of air intake section,return air section and air use section of mining face accounts for 34.1%,38.1%and 27.8%respectively,and the wind resistance accounts for 19.42%,38.21%and 42.37%respectively,so reducing the wind resistance of air use section and return air section is the key to reduce the total wind resistance of mine.The total wind resistance and equal area hole of mine ventilation system are calculated to be 0.04124 Ns~2/m~8 and 5.81 m~2 respectively,which makes mine ventilation easy.The effective air volume rate and external air leakage rate of the ventilation system are 87.9%and 1.82%respectively,which meet the relevant regulations of"Coal Mine Safety Regulations".
