摘要 凝结水进水水质情况极大影响了混床制水周期,特别是含铁、油等杂质含量高的凝结水不仅严重缩短了制水周期,更会直接影响混床再生效果。在对混床再生前分别采取盐酸再生液浸泡冲洗和碱再生液直接冲洗之后,通过对比发现在再生前使用碱再生液进行冲洗的方法操作更方便,安全性更高,再生效果更加明显,极大延长了混床制水周期和提高了再生合格率。 The water quality of condensate water has greatly affected the water production cycle of mixed bed,especially the condensate water with high content of iron,oil and other impurities not only seriously shortens the water production cycle,but also directly affects the regeneration effect of mixed bed.After soaking and flushing with hydrochloric acid regeneration solution and directly flushing with alkali regeneration solution before regeneration of mixed bed,it is found by comparison that the method of flushing with alkali regeneration solution before regeneration is more convenient,safer and has better regeneration effect,which greatly prolongs the water production cycle of mixed bed and improves the regeneration qualification rate.
